Billing

We ship our boxes towards the end of the month from the United States.  Once your box ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. The international box process will take a bit longer, but you’ll still receive a tracking email when your box leaves our warehouse.

The time it takes for your box to arrive depends on where you’re located.  Most members will receive their challenge box within 2 to 5 business days of it leaving our warehouse.  It generally takes 10 to 14 days for boxes being shipped to Canada to arrive at their destination. Once your box arrives in Canada, checking your tracking with Canada Post as they often provide more frequent updates about the location of your box.

We ship to Canadian residents and all APO/FPO addresses.

Depending on your country, you may be assessed customs fees.  Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We do not encounter this situation often.  Your financial institution may charge you a small fee for purchasing outside of your country.  Again, this is not a fee from Booster Bricks. You should discuss this with your bank.

Yes, the reason that these plans are discounted is because you are paying upfront for 6 or 12 months at a time. If you prefer to just pay month-to-month, we have a monthly payment plan that may work better for you.

Yes. All of our plans auto-renew unless canceled. Cancelation is as easy as sending us an email!
